AshRose Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team! Our excellent management team provides all the hands on training, so that our representatives are up-to-date with all the newly released technology that we represent. As a CSR, You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information, assisting with technical issues, and providing a great retail experience.
We provide all of necessary training to excel and be considered for Management positions in our company!
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

This is a Full-Time position with a competitive hourly salary, and includes the opportunity to earn a commission, cash bonuses, and gift cards weekly!
