Junior Client Relations Representative

We are a team of activists passionate about giving back to our community. Our team puts their creativity and devotion to the test every day by creating new and innovative ways of expanding our charity partner’s impact. We are in immediate need of a Junior Client Relations Representative to assist with both our new and existing nonprofit clients. The Junior Client Relations Representative will assist with creating forward-thinking fundraising initiatives that increase community donations for the charity organizations we partner with.

Junior Client Relations Representative Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients and potential donors during fundraising events
• Creating maximum exposure in order to generate increased revenue for our charity partners
• Learn all marketing strategies and attend educational trainings for professional growth
• Attend daily meetings to learn about client requirements and brainstorm ways of improving campaign results
• Maintain up to date knowledge on our charity partners and follow up with potential donors
• Review and resolve any client concerns in a timely manner
• Work with cross functional teams to address our charity clients requests and inquiries

Junior Client Relations Representative Requirements:

• A background in customer service, sales or marketing preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
• A strong desire to work in a hands-on role focused on giving back to the community
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and training at our office
• Must be comfortable speaking in front both small and large groups
• Comfortable working individually and as part of a team
• Solution-oriented and willing to help fellow team members
