Staff will work on-site providing therapeutic interventions for those with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness as well as referrals to additional support services and linkage to community resources.

Highland Rivers Health embraces a Recovery Model of treatment in all of its programs, which is a holistic, person-centered approach to mental health and believes it is possible to recover from a mental health condition. Working hand-in-hand with the Recovery Model of Service, the Clinical Lead will assure that the Crisis Respite Apartments are maintained and ready to assist individuals in avoiding further hospitalizations by ensuring that their daily needs are being met, (i.e. food supplied, access to medication, laundry services, etc.).
