  • A team of experienced RBT’s whom you Coach; you will help to choose them because they’re your team! (lower RBT turnover than other ABA providers)

  • A dedicated Family Concierge to assist you in your day to day scheduling, family connections and insurance matters
  • A generous salary based upon your demonstrated skills and abilities, starting between $65k, and $85k, plus incentives, and skill based promotions

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB, with min 6 months experience
  • Personal vehicle and ability to drive across the valley in service of children
  • A humble learner mindset
  • A passion for working in Early Childhood, and for In-Home services

Ascend Behavior Partners provides Diagnostic Evaluations for children ages 0-6, as well as Applied Behavior Analysis for children living with an ASD diagnosis. We believe all children deserve access to high quality treatment, and have a passion for helping to move the average age of diagnosis from 4 to 2. We believe that technology helps us provide excellent service and should be woven into our organization. We carry an accreditation from the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, as well as being the first organization in the USA to obtain their Telehealth accreditation through the BHCOE.
