Customer Service Rep greets guests/patients. Process referrals. Collect personal information for new patients and input data into computer system. Answer phones, check voicemails. Assume other administrative duties as needed. Assist staff with tracking clients. Work hours are Monday-Friday from 1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Other duties, or special projects as assigned.
Two years related work experience in a medical office preferred.
Position is eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, holidays, and retirement.
Vaccination for Covid-19 is required. You will be required to submit proof of vaccination status to the Human Resource department. If unable to submit proof of vaccination status, you will need to submit accommodation documentation that has been approved through HR for a reason permitted by law.
