We’re seeking a dynamic SEO/SEM Manager with a strategic approach, that can manage all SEM initiatives from organic to paid (SEO, SEM, & PPC).
The Responsibilities/Key Expectations
SEM Account Management - manage, create, and execute on all PPC ad campaigns
Oversee all of our SEO and SEM/PPC initiatives to maximize local reach in all markets
Plan, setup, budget and optimize and manage all campaigns
Produce month-end performance reports, quarterly plans, and additional ad hoc analyses as required
Manage and optimize budgets, A/B test ad creatives/copy, keyword research, set up audiences, and optimize for conversions and KPIs
Keep up to date on industry trends to educate the team and implement on best practices
Optimize copy, blogs and landing pages
Manage 15 previously established campaigns, and work with regional franchises
Liaise and manage vendor relations
Troubleshooting pixels/tags, generating campaign codes and acting as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolution
Create new blogs and landing pages (including multi-domain marketing funnels at times)
Perform keyword discovery and optimization
Research and implement SEO recommendations
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement a link building strategy internally
Write and test powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
Work with the in-house dev team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
Project manage outsourced agencies as needed
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, and linking as needed
Seek out new opportunities and propose new ideas/platforms
Collaborate with the creative, email, and digital marketing teams to increase lead gen through paid media
Other duties as assigned including but not limited to managing other advertising platform and optimization
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SEM, PPC, and SEO. Agency-side experience preferred.
2+ years of SEM copywriting experience
Experience setting up converting landing pages for Paid Search.
Proficient using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, TagManager, AdWords, and SEMRush.
Experience performing algorithm research and successfully implementing changes
Experience in lead generation and B2C marketing
Experience running A/B tests, retargeting and remarketing
Experience executing and managing ad campaigns
Minimum of 1 year experience with editor tools, such as Google ads editor and Bing ads editor
Proven experience doing keyword research and implementing new SEO strategies
Must be comfortable managing relationships with stakeholders across the company and expectations for deliverables
Strong written and oral communication skills. We want someone who will not just produce the right numbers, but be able to clearly explain and make useful recommendations.

Google Certification(s) a plus
