- Optimization of our artisan production (all vegetarian)
- OSHA compliance
- Labor analysis
- Workflow analysis
- Cost optimization
We are slated to increase our production by 30% before the end of the year.
Additionally, the Consultant will assist with the hiring of a Plant Manager
