FT shifts receive benefits
Our LPN's are called Coordinators of Health and Wellness and they provide direct care for the physical and emotional needs of our residents on a day to day basis as directed by Director of Health and Wellness.
Administer medication and treatments according to facility policy and state regulations.
Work under the direction of the Director of Health and Wellness by implementing personalized service plans for each resident based on their needs.
Works with and supervises Care Partners/certified nursing assistants on the floor. Provides feedback and counseling as needed.
Monitor resident responses to any treatment and/or medication- communicates and documents responses per community's policies and procedure.
Collaborate care with other agencies in a professional and courteous manner.
Consistently maintain the Artis Philosophy and uphold both personal and professional integrity.
