Hey, we’re Article. We’re an online furniture company, renowned for its home delivery experience. As a Drayage Driver, you will safely transport containers from the port to our LA Warehouse.

- $26-$28 hourly

- Just like our furniture our trucks are beautiful inside and out, with the most comfortable seats
- All of our trucks are 3 years old or new
What You'll Do
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Provide professional and friendly customer engagement and communication.
- Adhere to routes and delivery schedules.
- Safely transport containers with our furniture to our warehouse.
- Reliable, flexible schedule, and have the ability to meet the demands of the business with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL A driver’s license, and have a clean driving record
- Legally able to work in the US
- Pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment DOT Drug Screen.
- Must have a TWIC card or willing to obtain a card within 1 week of being hired
- Must be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- 3+ years of CDL A driving experience
- Climb/step up into a truck cab
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Must be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations (Hours of Service)
- Must be willing and able to train and mentor drayage drivers (Preferred)
