Call-Center Representative CSR

Artech is currently in search of enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills to be considered for our Call Center Representative positions. These positions are responsible for answering incoming calls, making necessary follow-up outbound calls, researching and resolving customer issues, troubleshooting situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone, and performing data entry. Training will be provided for specific technology to be used, as well as processes and procedures for the position. This is a great opportunity to find your way into a permanent role with a very stable and thriving organization.
Prior call center experience is not required, but definitely a plus.

High School diploma or GED Certificate
Prior customer service experience; call center, restaurant, retail, etc.
Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
Detail oriented, ability to multitask and highly organized
Data entry and ability to use a computer
Ability to maintain an above average attendance record
