Successful CPA firm founded in 1949 located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper. This firm is dedicated to assuring that the highest quality of service is received by their clients. They provide services for startups, family owned, mid-market and closely held companies. Duties and Required Skills: 3-5 years’ experience working in an administrative/ office role with bookkeeping experience Assemble tax returns and financial statements Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook QuickBooks Experience working with Accounting/Tax Company a plus Fast and accurate data entry for receipts and disbursements Assist Partners and Office Manager as needed Answer phones and greeting visitors Follow up with clients Proficient communication skills both verbal and written Attention to detail Self-Starter Hours: 8am to 5pm during busy season: Feb 15 to April 15, August 15 to October 15.
