Google (PPC) Advertising Manager

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING ADS IN GOOGLE

We are looking for a Google Advertising Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the creation, execution & optimization of technical digital marketing campaigns in Google Ads Manager. In-depth experience with Facebook marketing, email marketing and knowledge of Google Analytics and data analysis is also required for this role. You will be reporting to our Director of Advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to: Google Shopping, Google Display network, Gmail Ads, and YouTube
• Measure and Optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns using front-end statistics to back campaigns into specific CPL and ROI targets
• Build and analyze campaign reports; identify trends and insights, and present and execute on recommendations
• Provide recommendations of new traffic sources and types, including strategies for scaling new channels profitably
• Optimization of the conversion funnel through the use of A/B testing focused on improving conversion rates and improving on-site experience
• Coordinate the development of digital marketing campaigns with our internal team (graphics, copywriting, analytics, and more)
• Review and manage marketing budgets per client per campaign
• Ensure that marketing budgets are met with each account
• Monitor and report to the client & internal team weekly on the progress of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Work with our Director of Advertising to create strategies that increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) as we are a growth marketing agency that spends a lot of money on Facebook, Google & Instagram ads.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in digital marketing running Google Ad campaigns and optimizing campaigns based on incoming data.
• Experience in a managerial role running internal teams and communicating professionally with clients.
• Strong project management skills to ensure the timely launch and completion of multiple digital marketing campaigns that are being run at the same time.
• Strong leadership qualities to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple team members and multiple clients across multiple time zones.
• Deadline and detail-oriented as we are managing A LOT of work. We use Asana, Slack, Google Drive & Dropbox to stay organized.
• Knowledge of Google Drive is a must. The ability to learn in a fast-paced environment is also a must.
• Knowledge of a task management tool such as Asana or Trello is a must as well.
• Provide two references for us to contact.
