Summary
THIS IS A TITLE 32 DUAL STATUS EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION
**\\THIS IS AN INDEFINITE-MAY LEAD TO PERMANENT POSITION\*\***
This position is located in the United States Property & Fiscal
Office (USPFO) at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC. The purpose of
this position is to perform analysis of supply procedures, services,
directives and management functions of the branch.

Responsibilities
As a(n) SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST (TITLE 32), GS-2003-9, you will
perform but are not limited:
Reviews, analyzes, and interprets supply directives and procedures.
Formulates and recommends operating procedures to achieve optimum
support to the logistics program on matters pertaining to property
accountability. Develops and provides data for property
accountability of supported units/activities to the Supply
Management Officer (SMO), Director of Logistics (DOL), United States
Property and Fiscal Officer (USP&FO) and the Readiness Committee. Is
responsible for the serialization program for Controlled
Cryptographic Items Serialization Program (CCISP),Small Arms
Serialization Program (SASP), and Radiation Testing and Tracking
System (RATTS)for the USP&FO. Serves as State Serialization
Coordinator. Is responsible for the State STAMIS Catalog Data File,
State Assigned Line Item Number (SLIN) and non-expendable Management
Control Numbers (MCN). Coordinates the Department of Defense
Acquisition Activity Code(DODAAC) program for the state. Is
responsible for branch logistical support program to ensure
units/activities receive guidance and assistance required to correct
problems and deficiencies. Analyzes recommendations and issues
written or verbal instructions to insure units achieve maximum
readiness posture.Coordinates work with unit/activity
representatives concerning priorities, procedures and work
accomplishment. Directs and publishes procedures to unit/activity
representatives for implementation/update of property management
Standard Army Management Information System(STAMIS). Directs and
provides written technical guidance to unit/activity representatives
involving property book procedures and functions.

  • NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted
service position that requires membership in a compatible
military rank and assignment in the District of Columbia Army
National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military
uniform.

Qualifications
**This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a
compatible military assignment in the DC Army National Guard.
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:** You must meet the minimum military rank as
specified in this announcement. If you are not sure you are eligible

The National Guard's full-time support program requires that all
military technicians are members of the National Guard and are
appointed to full-time positions which correspond to their military
assignments. Applicants who are not currently a member of the
National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership.
Minimum Military Rank: E-4/SPC
Maximum Military Rank: E-6/SSG
Compatible Military Assignments: 92A, 92Y
Other requirements: For positions requiring the operation of
motor vehicles, candidates must have a valid state driver's license
for the state in which they live or are principally employed. For
positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the
applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within
One (1) year of appointment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Experience, education, or training which
has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more
aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and
automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:Must have at least **Twenty-four (24)
months** experience, education, or training dealing with cost
estimates, budgets or funding management. Experience conducting
extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for
complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations
support.
