Job Description

***WE ARE LOCATED IN FAYETTEVILLE, AR***

We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Tech for B Shift. This position will work 3-twelve hour days on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for a total of 36 hours and be paid out for 40. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage warehouse inventory, help maintain ARMI tools, equipment, vehicles, and various other assets. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Those who have Warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep , dust and mop
  • Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Help maintain service schedule on fleet of vehicles and construction equipment
  • Report issues with vehicles and equipment
  • Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure
  • Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain the vehicles in a clean and safe manner
  • Notify management of damaged tools and equipment
  • Help make arrangements for replacement or repairs of tools and equipment
  • Drive vehicles to designated destinations for deliveries and pickups
  • Drive safely and deliver products or make pickups with deadlines
  • Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations
  • Load and unload products from trucks and trailers
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years' experience in inventory control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Operate power and hand tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. without restriction
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Candidate must be at least 25 years of age
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold temperatures
  • Must be able to drive a forklift
  • Ability to pull truck and trailer is a plus
  • Exposure to 5S, Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • $14 - $18 per hour
  • BCBS Hospitalization Plan - premium paid for team member, Payroll deduction for dependents

  • Aflac supplemental insurance - payroll deducted
  • 401(k) available after 6 months. Up to 4% match

Compensation based on qualifications and experience. This position is full time and includes the opportunity for advancement.
