Description/Job Summary POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the client development staff as well as our clients/customers. The listed duties may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.Essential Functions Statement(s)
+ Coordinate case conferences with the Client Development Associate
+ Compile, track and analyze data
+ Develop charts/tables for reports
+ Respond to support emails and/or send them to the appropriate people
+ Manage Salesforce entry and maintenance
+ Handle tradeshow coordination
+ Handle all aspects of the APP
+ Handle client FedEx calls and support
+ Other duties as assigned or identified by the Client Development Manage
Required Qualifications EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of office experience
COMPUTER SKILLS: Strong Computer skills required; Proficient in MS Office and Excel
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Customer focus, ability to prioritize, flexibility, attention to detail and deadline-oriented
