Maintenance Mechanic Technician Multiple Shifts $30-$32 per hour DOE

2nd and 3rd Shift available! $30-$32 per hour per hour with experience.

Responsibilities:

This position performs a variety of functions. Including:

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.

Assist operators and employees with setup and operational issues. Make adjustments to machinery to correct minor problems with product aesthetics, quality, or operational efficiency of equipment

Repair mechanical issues such as replacing stripped bolts, broken belts, replaces motors, gear boxes, bearing, VFDs and drives.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in various machinery.

Develop, fabricate and install various changes to machinery to improve operational performance or correct operational deficiencies

Install electrical wiring, conduit, and disconnect for machinery and equipment.

Set up new equipment and train operators on equipment usage.

Purchase materials for repairs and/or replacement as directed if within spending guideline.
