Arizona Oasis Pool Service & Repair, LLC, is an established, growing, family-owned company, which specializes in providing high-quality residential swimming pool service, in the Southeast Valley. We have been in operation since 2006 and have a part-time Customer Service Representative opening to fill immediately.
This Customer Service position is 30 hours/ week 8AM-2PM. As the company grows, this position could transition to a full-time position.
Customer Service Job Description:
• Answer phones
• Set appointments customers
• Follow up with customers
• Send receive and manage status of new customer paperwork
• Data entry
Customer Service Skills / Requirements:
• General computer knowledge
• Knowledge in Quick Books, Facebook, Excel, Google sheets, Adobe Preferred
• Knowledge of pools and equipment or willingness to learn a plus
• Outgoing, friendly, Self-motivated and able to work independently is a must
• Able to attend weekly 7AM Monday morning meetings on site
