You would be explaining different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, enrollment status, claim status and assisting with claim payments to our members and labor unions. This would be through virtual video calls or face to face discussions with them as well as phone contact to obtain new clients through enrollment into different benefit programs. You would also be processing any member requests from phone calls and emails. As well as maintaining systems, procedures, and company standards.
