Job Description

The Web Content Manager is an experienced people manager, strong problem-solver, effective communicator, and has a demonstrated history of developing and leading exceptional site merchandising programs through a balanced creative and data driven eye. This person will be responsible for new product launches and maintaining existing products, which includes image processing and data maintenance, creating/updating CMS pages, and collaborating on web development projects.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage brand data and ensure an exceptional customer experience through our merchandising strategy and carefully curated content pages.

· Oversee product launch schedules.

· Oversee product data entry and bulk image production, along with creative assets such as homepage banners and updating/creating new CMS pages to fulfill marketing initiatives.

· Manage editorial and design production timelines by working with photo retouchers on new collection and existing studio images after photo shoots, ensuring studio images are received, processed, reviewed and finalized in a timely manner.

· Ensure the timely execution of online content and product catalog setup activities, including product copy, imagery preparation, and content updates.

· Develop and manage content strategy and layout, including functionality and customer experience enhancements.

· Test site enhancements and functionality as needed.

· Work cross functionally with internal and external business partners to address and resolve site issues and provide timely and accurate responses to questions and concerns.

· Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the Marketing and Visual Departments to ensure consistency across site touchpoints including navigation, product layout, content strategies, and linking strategies.

· Manage the internal marketing support requests related to AHD websites providing timely and accurate responses to questions/issue resolution.

· Provide support for sales, ensuring digital images and data requests are properly related to websites.

· Hire, train, and develop direct reports through strong consistent coaching and mentorship, creating a culture of openness.

Required Skills:

· BA in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field required.

· Minimum 3-5 years of professional e-commerce experience related to product catalogs and CMS pages required.

· Must have basic website knowledge, including HTML/CSS, CMS, Magento, etc.

· Knowledge of Adobe Suite

· Experience with ERP integration and database management.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, necessary.

· Ability to handle multiple projects at once and understand how to prioritize.

· Must demonstrate high level of initiative and resourcefulness, be a solution-seeker. Ability to make practical decisions, solutions, and suggestions.

· Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of web development is a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to follow and effectively execute directions given, as well as being receptive to constructive feedback.

· Experience managing projects from concept to final delivery with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.

· Comfortable working within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

· Has a sophisticated creative eye that fully understands company branding. Must be able to immerse themselves in company branding.

· Works well collaborating within a team and independently.

· Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor.

· Eager to learn new skills and adapts quickly.

· Positive outlook, collaborative spirit, and genuine interest in home design.
