Architectural Building Arts, an award-winning residential design-build remodeling company, seeks a seasoned RESIDENTIAL PRODUCTION MANAGER with 10+ years' residential construction experience managing a team of project managers and skilled workers to deliver exceptional client service and projects that meet the ABA standards for exceptional craftsmanship while produced in compliance with code and building plans, are completed on time and at or under budget. preparation-creating and revising project schedules-managing trade relationships-tracking and monitoring project costs and WIP reporting-hiring, training and scheduling field staff-field safety and compliance and-management and oversight of BuilderTrend construction software. This position will interface with the sales, estimating and design teams during the pre-construction phase and with the production and accounting teams to the project's completion. The Production Manager reports to the President.

Successful candidates will: 1. 10+ years' experience as a Project and/or Production Manager overseeing multiple projects at a time.2. A degree in Construction Management or the equivalent experience and/or training preferred.

High School degree required.3. Extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in remodeling and construction trades, practices, procedures, techniques, equipment, materials, specifications, estimating, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes and zoning ordinances.4. 5+ years' experience supervising field and/or project management level personnel and demonstrating strong leadership, decision-making and employee management skills.5.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time, meeting deadlines, procuring materials, planning, and forecasting manpower needs and monitoring costs and budgets.6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relations skills.7. Organized, self-motivated, able to work independently, and a commitment to excellence.8.

Intermediate computer skills - experience in working with MS Office, MAC Operating System, Project Management and Accounting software. BuilderTrend or related Construction Management software experience a plus. Architectural Building Arts has a reputation for producing high-end projects on schedule, at the agreed upon price, and with happy clients.

You must have a strong work ethic, a professional appearance, and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades-from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must demonstrate success in estimating and winning small projects.
