At Archetype, a successful manager is passionate about chiropractic care, movement and holistic health. They are responsible for supervising the staff, organizing and coordinating office processes and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness. They are responsible for managing patient accounts, building care plans and tracking patient care. The manager meets with company CEO weekly to make the company vision a reality. They assist with any day-to-day disruption and evaluate any changes that need to be made to avoid recurring occurrences. They complete all human resources activities, such as hiring, firing, reprimanding, and training. They are responsible for communicating the vision to the staff and properly training on all new processes.
