Job Description
The Franchise Business Consultant will partner with the Vice President, Franchise Partners and key cross-functional teams and associates to develop and execute operations strategies and programs to enable continued brand growth and profitability. This position acts as a Support Leader, and ensures that Franchise Partners operate their locations in compliance with all appropriate systems and standards as defined by the Archadeck business model. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Responsible for driving profitability and improving operations for all Franchise locations via partnership with the Vice President, cross-functional departments, and key constituents. 
  • Develops and achieves the annual marketing and business operating plans for franchisee partners.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with each Franchise Partner to review their annual plan and develop systems and objectives to reach goals 
  • Provides operational expertise and counsel for the Strategic Advisory Board [SAB] and National Guarantee Corporation (NGC) as well as representing the brand on various Franchise system operational committees. 
  • Annually update Archadeck operations and training manuals in order to enhance brand.
  • Monitors Franchise Partners for consistent achievement of optimal management, safety, quality, and brand environment goals as established by operation's business plan and operating manual.  
  • Aids in the selection of future Franchise Partners via participation in the Franchise Recruiting [Discovery Day] interview process. 
  • Facilitates training and re-training of new and existing Franchise Partners on business standards and practices. 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS 
  • Undergraduate degree and/or 10+ years of operations experience 
  • Construction and construction management experience a plus. 
  • Strong ability to build relationships (internal and external), effectively communicate and positively influence direct reports, Franchise Partners and other key constituents. 
  • Ability to develop and facilitate training sessions for Franchise Partners or other key constituents. 
  • Possesses a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results. 
  • Strong financial acumen, analysis/problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within a constantly changing and demanding environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; demonstrated track record for flexibility and urgency in prioritizing and organizing projects. 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), and problem solving skills. 
  • Expert-level skill with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Auto-cad or similar design software experience and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems a plus. 
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS$65K+ based on level of experience and full benefits
