Responsibilities
Contracts Compliance Specialist Duties:
- Responsible for the negotiation of favorable prices, terms and conditions of major contracts while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Prepares and supports major proposals including coordination of effort with all involved parties.
- Briefs company management on proposals and negotiations and establishes negotiation objectives.
- These positions are involved in pre-sales negotiations.
- Responsible for updating SAM, D&B records and other contracts compliance duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAM, D&B, DUNS, Cage Codes and ability to maintain thos systems.
- Ability to perform Annual Service Contract Reporting (SCR)
- Knowledge of the CPARS System.
- Knowledge to make updates in D&B/SAM/DLA such as Change of Name, Change of Ownership, Change of Address, Arcfield Family Tree/Corporate.
BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
