Sales Operations Associate

Arbor Pharmaceuticals Atlanta, GA

The Sales Operations Department provides customer service and support to Arbor sales representatives and managers in the field. The Sales Operations Associate has specific responsibilities for mobile device management and data as well as day to day maintenance and administrative oversight for our internal information and support website. Additionally, this position is responsible for vendor management and vendor policy execution. This position is located at our Atlanta, GA headquarters and reports to the Manager of Sales Operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Mobile Device Management of the field and available inventory
  • Ensure cost effective operation of iPads and data usage
  • Asset retrieval for on-boarding and off-boarding for field
  • Manage relationship with third-party service providers and hotels for appropriate functions
  • Maintain budgets for third-party service providers and approve invoices of service
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with Training and HR members to ensure on-going/reoccurring projects and decision support needs are met
  • Manage the progress and turnaround time in responses for appropriate field tickets with proper documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate collection, analysis, formatting, management, and dissemination of administration data/reports
  • Suggest and provide new standard reports, discuss their implementation with and coordinate implementation of approved reports with the Manager of Sales Operations
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessar
  • Interact with field and leadership in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently to achieve results
  • Ensure proper vehicles of communication are used with field

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in customer service position preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management software
  • Strong organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and apply new technology
  • Ability to work within a team
