Job Description
Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a full time Assembler/Manufacturing Technician in Danbury, CT. This Contract job is available with a client that has been developing technology and manufacturing products for military forces, intelligence agencies and prime defense contractors worldwide. They employ over 5,000 workers in more than 65 facilities around the world. In this role, you will perform advanced-level assembly functions. You must be a US citizen and have the ability to work from complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, and engineering specifications and sketches in order to be considered.

Assembler/Manufacturing Technician Job Responsiblities:
- Diagnose causes of electrical, optical, or mechanical malfunction of operational equipment and perform corrective and preventative maintenance
- An Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience in the safe handling of chemicals.
- Preferred candidates will have experience with MRP and/or experience soldering and wire bonding.
- Please note : this position requires onsite hours of 3:30pm-1:30am
- Compentency in the use of various computer applications, including Access, Excel, and Labview
- Experience handling small delicate components using ESD practices
