Project Managers on the Creative Services team are responsible for planning, organizing and executing all Paid Media campaign projects (TV/Digital Video, Social Media, Digital Display, etc.). They work closely with creative Designers, Writers, Creative Directors, Production Artists, Producers and Account Managers to bring the creative work to life. They own the timeline, process and organization of multiple campaign projects at a time.
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
7-10 years of creative project management experience (IT PM experience doesn’t necessarily translate for this role.)
Ability to self-start and work in the gray
Strong communication, leadership, and team building skills
An understanding of creative marketing process for TV/Digital Video, Social Media and Production (Agency experience is extremely helpful in this regard.)
Ability to set and manage project expectations with internal and external team members
