Aqueity is looking for an Account Executive with a focus on Client Engagementto join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP)team! For the past 25 years, Aqueity has been providing exceptional IT managed services and cybersecurity solutions.

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for client retention and customer satisfaction through relationship management and collaborating effectively with Aqueity and Client teams. This role handles the tactical aspects of client management for assigned accounts, takes ownership ensuring deliverables are met. This role will focus on identifying opportunity for cross-selling and/or upselling our services by working with sales and VCIO's and engaging the right resources to build solutions that solve client problems. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, results oriented, competitive, and has a desire to produce results.

Responsibilities include:

  • In collaboration with Aqueity leadership team, develop account plans, refine and execute account strategy
  • Oversee customer satisfaction and retention for key accounts
  • Act as point of escalation for services department
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and IT Project business within existing accounts
  • Connect with decision makers and influencers to understand their needs and ensure Aqueity's services are exceeding their expectations
  • Qualify opportunities and assist in the scoping process
  • Facilitate technical discovery, with help of sales engineering, to arrive at the right solution(s)
  • Present value proposition and negotiate statements of work
  • Collaborate with other department to ensure client satisfaction, expectation setting, meeting and issue resolution, as well as delivery of persuasive messaging
  • Maintain sales targets, manage pipeline and achieve key performance metrics
  • Work on key priorities with the Aqueity Leadership team ranging from delivery, operations, finance, and planning to achieve company objectives

    • 4-year college degree in technology, business, or sales/marketing
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in IT, Managed Services and/or professional services
  • Relevant experience in an Account manager and/or Client liaison role
  • Proven track record of recognizing and converting leads, customer satisfaction, account growth and exceeding targets through cross-selling and upselling
  • Demonstrated skills in identifying needs and matching Aqueity's offerings to client requirements
  • Self-directed and able to work from objectives to achieve results with modest guidance
  • Ability to balance several competing priorities
  • Sense of urgency matches the nature of this client facing/sales role
  • Appropriate balancing of client advocacy while still meeting Aqueity objectives
  • Effective project management and collaboration skills
  • Skilled problem solver with creative approaches to interact with hard-to-reach buyers
  • High degree of resiliency, thriving in dealing with challenges
  • Comfortable working independently and when needed as part of a larger team
  • Capable of connecting with customer executives in an authentic way, specifically by demonstrating a mix of technical and business skills that allow you to speak with authority and build confidence
  • Highly familiar with sales automation tools

Salary base + target commission: $85K-110K
