As a first year rep, you will utilize your strengths and our company training to: • Sell door-to-door pest control services to prospective customers • Work a minimum of 40 hours a week and willing to work during holidays • Provide excellent customer service to client base and handle objections effectively • Master sales techniques and improve communication skills, leadership qualities, and time management How Aptive compensates your work: • Sales positions have a tiered commission structure. • Average entry level representatives average $20,000 - $25,000 in a summer (12 weeks), while top entry level representatives earn upwards of $40,000+ in a summer (12 weeks). • Free rent for qualified candidates who meet a specific sales target. • All-inclusive company trips to exotic places outside the country.
