A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER
Each day, you arrive at our HVAC office ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best service possible. Using your professional and friendly attitude, you answer incoming client calls and dispatch HVAC service calls to field technicians. You schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. As necessary, you keep clients updated and informed. You truly demonstrate your value as our Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher by working hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
