Field Supervisor

We are currently looking to add a Field Technical Supervisor to our team! 

The Field Technical Supervisor will offer hands-on leadership and supervision, in the field, that will help our technicians grow professionally, providing the best service for our customers.  This position offers the potential advancement to a Service Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work of technicians

• Supervise teams of technicians, oversee workers, and perform inspections on work orders 

• Assess technician performance to make suggestions to improve employee overall performance

• Train technicians in proper techniques to ensure each job is completed properly

Requirements:

• Must have prior HVAC experience

• Experience with Service Titan is a preferred but not mandatory

• Prior team lead or supervisory experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to multi-ask, work under pressure, problem solve, and handle multiple projects

• Team player & able to work effectively with other departments

• Strong work ethic with numerical ability & reasoning skills
