Experience working with motion controllers, motors, drives, etc.
Extensive experience with troubleshooting of issues with applications, device states, user hardware, data logging services etc.
Experience working with networking concepts like Serial, TCP/IP, analog communications, ethercat, profinet, devicenet etc.
Experience working with PLC based safety logic circuits in Beckhoff and Siemens
Solid knowledge of electrical standards - UL, CE, IEC, or SEMI
Strong knowledge of 3-phase, split-phase, and single-phase, low- and high-voltage power systems.
Supervise all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment and machinery. Responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software.
Participate on cross functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design and quality problems, and ensure the continuous, ongoing improvement of processes and methods.
Has developed proficiency in a range of analytical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks
Has a good understanding of how the team integrates with others to achieve objectives
May provide informal guidance and support to more junior team members
Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures
Impacts the quality of own work and its contribution to the team
Uses communication skills to regularly exchange information
