The Spa Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the facility to include operations, financial objectives, sales and marketing initiatives, staffing, training, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.Responsible for staffing, training, and building a cohesive team for the spa facilityInvolved in hiring, reviewing and firing of staffEnsures staff provides the highest level of customer serviceStrives for long-term customer relationships, excellent customer satisfaction, and monitors customer feedback,Establishes service and retail goals for staff and provides guidance on how to achieve the set goalsCultivates and maintains healthy relationships with vendorsEnsures the facility meets the highest degree of sanitation and tidinessMonitors spa equipment for proper use, proper care, and any maintenance issuesConstantly assesses the services provided and retail items to ensure the needs of the customer are being metReviews daily, weekly, monthly, and... quarterly financial reports to ensure financial goals are being metOversees spa operations making sure all operational protocols are being met by the staff as services are performedProvides training opportunities for all staffConducts regular employee meetings to communicate and reinforce spa expectations, new procedures, current protocols, facility cleanliness, etc.Maintains optimal inventory levels for retail and supplies by monthly counts, timely "back bar", and ordering when necessaryElevates and delegates tasks to Assistant Manager and Spa Concierge in effort to increase productivityWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to excellence, diversity and inclusion
