Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide customer service to all calls from providers, beneficiaries, and pharmacies at a high level as well as make outbound calls to customers and doctors as needed. Successful candidates are reliable, punctual, professional in-person and over the phone, can prioritize situations on a case by case basis and escalate as necessary.
