Prestigious client located near the Orlando Airport is in search of a savvy Customer Service Representative to work in their Member Support Center. If you love real estate closings coupled with customer service, this could be your dream job. Chose candidate will have Real Estate closing transaction, title processor paralegal, legal assistant, coupled with Help Desk/Call Center Technical support experience. Desiresable Software: Sysco Call Manager, E-closing Service Now, Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Duties include but not limited to are: to insure every member interaction with the Member Support Center is a positive experience. Effectively solve member inquiries, issues and/or complaints within the commitment to Customer Service Excellence principles.Education: High School diploma,Experience: One year in a call center or support center environment with experience in technical support using analytical skills to troubleshoot issues is required.
