Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: installing, maintaining and repairing hardware/software to ensure proper daily operations, assisting end users troubleshoot, and resetting passwords. Someone who has a strong technical background, great communication skills over the phone and in person, and excellent customer service would be a perfect fit.
