The position will require that polices and procedures be updated and trained on and implemented. Details:Help staff restaurants and partner with management with escalated issues - coaching of Managers to coach employees, train, succession planning, directing performance and development, addressing and documenting of under-performance of staff and of direct reports.Work closely with Managers to ensure profit optimizationConducting regular inspections of the restaurant overall to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation procedures are being followed.Run and review reports including monthly paperwork, payroll reports and inventory reports. Conduct cash management audits for the Point of Sale System including; register audits, cash management, daily safe audit, bank deposit preparation, bank deposit documentation, follow up to make sure employees have been added or deleted, wages adjustment in the system, review inventory cost adjustments, analyze all reports.Audit of employee personnel files, labor law compliance and ensure safety and food certifications are current and properly documentedAudit to ensure the maintenance upkeep of equipment is to OSHA, state, federal and Company standards; refrigeration, HVAC, fire extinguishers, equipment cleaning servicesEnsure manager resolves customer incidents, complaints; by ensuring customer experience is to their high level of excellence standardsCompetent and knowledgeable with the duties of restaurant manager, crew members, crew leads, assistant managersRespect customers, management and other employees; interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashionDemonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamworkAdhere to all Company policies, procedures and safety regulationsAdhere to all local, state and federal laws AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
