Customer Service RepresentativeOur Customer Service Representatives are confident self-starters with a passion for delivering results and enriching our customer?s experience. The main function of this role is to represent Credit Saint?s brand values while providing solutions and guidance to uphold active program engagement. You will become a credit expert and walk our clients through the intricate world of credit reporting.
This role will start as an outbound position where you will dial clients to welcome them to the program, answer their questions or concerns, and follow up on billing issues. You will then progress to inbound, where you will receive calls from clients regarding their credit/results as well as discuss any account updates.You Will.? Act as our customer?s primary point of contact through Inbound and Outbound telephone interactions.?
Contribute to our world-class customer service by offering clear guidance to our customers in regards to our credit repair process... their progress in the program, questions related to credit repair, request documents and address billing issues.? Develop Rapport with our customers in all interactions; offer solutions and guidance - not excuses.?
Meet rigorous quality and efficiency expectations.? Accurately update the client portal to show client interactions, billing transactions, and comments.? Process billing updates and payments on active accounts?
Communicate with understanding and patience in mind? Identify potential improvements and recommend them to the leadership team; support change initiatives.? Maintain a professional demeanor at all timesYou Are.?

High school diploma or GED or higher? Basic computer skills (navigation, typing, multi-screens)? 1-year experience in a customer-oriented position.
