This Customer Service Representative Position Features a great Tech organization in the Lake Mary, FL area. The position will start out remotely until it's deemed safe to return to the office. ? Call Center Experience Required ? any Customer Service type positions are ok? $12/hour? Have availability to work differing schedules (tentative Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, working schedules will be staggered 8am ? 8pm, with need for some weekend coverage)? Training hours are 9AM to 6PM for the 1st week? Position will last at least through September with a strong probability of being ongoing? The Customer Service Representative answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone requests. ? They will conduct themselves in a professional manner while providing world class customer service and promoting student success.? Log and track calls using a ticketing system.?
