Job Description
Looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Associates for immediate openings at a well-established company located in the Roanoke area. Hours are Flexible between 7am and 7pm (Possible OT Available) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ? High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification ? At least 1 year of heavy customer service/call center experience THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST: ? Be a team player ? Be proactive ? Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy ? Embrace constant change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ? Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers ? Exercise good judgment and decision-making skills ? Balance a human-first approach to customer care in an increasingly technology-driven and digital era ? Possess strong communication skills ? Possess the ability to multi task RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include providing excellent service, via phone and web; answering phone calls, emails, and participating in internet web chats to assist customers with concerns, account and general inquiries, public website, and other member related service questions. Identify and recommend appropriate services to best meet customers? needs. Participate in promotions and meet monthly goals. In this role, you will assess our customers? various needs to provide expert service and advocate for the best solution to their problems. You?ll have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive skillet and become a trusted adviser to our customers when they encounter problems both big and small.
