Job Description
SummaryA leading manufacturer & wholesaler of Fine jewelry, is currently seeking an Customer Service Assistant in Burlingame. This entry-level position is responsible for supporting management & the sales team and carrying out daily sales-related tasks. This position also works on reconciliation of invoicing, shipping, credit applications, and billing.Responsibilities :- Preparing merchandise for shipments and outgoing shipments- Answer the telephone and engage with customers regarding orders, payments, etc.- Support the Sales Team regarding orders & transaction detail- Carefully and accurately perform transactions- Receive, process and record returns and repairs- Enters customer, inventory and account data- Organize and maintain the filing system of all company documents- Assist Management in special projects as needed- Assist with effective resolutions to provide positive customer experiences and satisfaction.- Perform administration duties as necessaryQualifications:- Excellent attention to detail- Strong problem solving and reconciliation skills- Ability to meet deadlines- Knowledge of and experience in Fine Jewelry- Gemologist or Diamond certification a plus- Expertise in Excel and good command of MS Office Suite- Experience with Logicmate Jewelmate Software a plus AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
