For these positions you will be taking inbound phone calls from customers about the medical benefits. Calls will also be consisting of speaking to providers for prior authorization for prescriptions. Training will be Monday ? Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm for 4 weeks, after training you will be assigned a shift from management on business needs. This call center hours of operation is 8am to 8pm.
