This Call Center Customer Service Representative Position Features:Description: - The Customer Service Representative will answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone requests. They will conduct themselves in a professional manner while providing world class customer service and promoting student success. - Log and track calls using a ticketing system, maintain historical records and provide information based upon documented processes. Customer Service Representative Skills include: Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Active Listening, Questioning Skills, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking. Will be supporting a Student Services Division of the Central Help Desk Business Unit. Answering questions from students ranging in topics dealing with College Registration, Admissions and Credit Hours.$12/hour.
