This Administrative Assistant Position Features:Primary functions include but are not limited to performing a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical administrative functions in accordance with standard procedures including but not limited to:"Answer front desk phones"Assisting with billing and processing invoices for payment"Performing computerized data entry in to Excel spread sheets or other computer systems."Maintaining and updating files and records and prepare reports.
