This Account Director Position Features:• Great Pay to $140KManage a portfolio of existing and new clients. Communicating the success of the programs to the clients will be key in order to drive strong client retention.The Account Director is responsible for ensuring our loyalty programs have substantial brand participation through outreach efforts to enroll brands in our programs.Liaise closely with our colleagues from our UK office in London. The Account Director role plays a key part of the Client Success team and will report into the Client Success Officer.Work with our Delivery team to design and deliver new technological solutions and with our business development team to drive new business and deliver opportunities to generate additional revenue from existing clients.Recruit and onboard a growing team of Account Managers and Account Execs, supporting your team in the delivery of their commitmentsRequirements5-8 years of account management experience would be ideal, preferably with experience dealing with C-suite clientsRetail experience is importantLoyalty, Rewards, and CRM experience a must with experience in shopping centers a bonus.
