Job Description
Apple Roofing is currently looking for a Project Manager for our Kansas City location.
- Oversee jobs as assigned by manager
- Ensure that subcontractors are following OSHA and company safety standards
- Ensure that permits are posted
- Ensure that materials delivered are correct to the job
- Complete final inspections
- Make supply runs if materials are short
- Make returns to supply house if overages
- Take and upload photos to the job in the company CRM
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Safety-conscious
- Willingness to travel
- Willing to be in-the-field
