Large, well known company based in Burnaby is looking to hire a temp Administrative Assistant. This will be an ongoing temporary position.
Location – Burnaby
Salary – $25.31/hr
Primary duties will include:
· General administrative work including filing, data entry, processing incoming mail and invoices
· Perform reception duties
· Provide administrative support to others members of the department
· Schedule meetings in Outlook
· Work on various projects
· Formatting of various documents
· Invoice tracking – financial reporting
· Must have a minimum of 2 years’ professional administrative experience.
· Strong administrative and people skills
· Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
· Ability to multi-task and take initiative
· Previous Reception experience is an asset
· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
· Experience working in Sharepoint
· Strong attention to detail
