Job Summary:

The F & I Admin will support the Finance department by loading and printing new and used car deals.  In addition, the Admin may present the paperwork to the customer and collect signature(s). For the right candidate, there is additional growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
• Update management of any and all issues concerning paperwork and/or titles
• Contact Customers for missing documentation, assist in correcting problem(s)
• Create and update spreadsheets; Sales Gross Tracking Spreadsheet
• Balance/Close F&I Credit Card Log
• Printing of lease and retail contracts
• Warranty Cancellations, Certificate Tracking, Check F&I Reserves
• Assist in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork
• Answer incoming Finance and Insurance phone calls
• Miscellaneous tasks for F&I, Sales Managers, and the office.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a financial setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, make sound judgments, and possess strong organization skills
• Self-directed, motivated, and detail oriented.

MS Office Suite, Manufacturer websites, Phones, File Sharing
