Our Contact Center, located in Plano, Texas, serves our Property Managers & Tenants by responding to leasing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and dispatching maintenance requests.  We strive to create happy and loyal Customers and a Team of AppFolians who value and contribute to our great Culture every day.

The Maintenance Contact Center provides support to Property Managers so that they can build their business instead of focusing on day-to-day operations.

  • Field Inbound calls and online request for maintenance 
  • Problem solve and dispatch vendors to address the reported issues

Your Mission, should you choose to accept:

Provide an elevated communication experience for our Property Managers and their Customers by responding to inbound maintenance requests as accurately and efficiently as possible.

  • Prior Customer Service experience preferred
  • Must be flexible with schedule; We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to communicate clear and concise information (Bilingual is a plus)
  • High integrity with a sense of humor
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts, implement feedback, and take action
  • A drive for both personal and professional growth
