Customer Service Rep / App Coordinator

App Squad is a small business, mobile game app development company. We are currently looking for a part time (30 hours per week) customer service rep/app coordinator. If you are someone who loves working as a team, enjoys interacting with people, is a great problem solver, and thrives in a fast-pace environment- this position may be just what you have been looking for! Every person who works here is a team player. Each of our departments here work closely together to create constants wins for the company! Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Completing "Warm Welcome" phone calls to each new client

-Scheduling phone calls with clients to discuss their app and the development process

-Taking customer service phone calls from both clients and potential customers.

-Being the middle man between the clients and our app developers.

-Setting up developer account on GooglePlay, Amazon and Apple.

-Emailing clients documents to sign as needed.

-Monitoring client accounts for on time payments, app development process updates and where the client is at on out email system.

-Responsible for keeping up with our app coordination email inbox. Responding to all clients in a timely manner and emailing clients with updates as needed.

-Being the 1st point of contact for incoming leads.

-Any other tasks thrown your way on a daily basis.

-Familiar with InfusionSoft by Keap.

-Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
