Automatic Regional Sales Lead
This position is 75% (up to 4 days a week) weekly travel within an assigned SiriusXM Region
Visit, educate and enroll automotive dealerships into specific Automatic programs at the dealerships across specified Region.
Ensure automotive dealerships are actively engaged in the program through purchasing and offering Automatic devices, products and service trials to customers.
Act as a liaison between the products and services offered by Automatic and automotive dealerships within assigned Region.
Attain assigned production targets for Automatic products and services
Assist Sirius XM Regional management in the follow up of dealership contacts to ensure dealership participation in Automatic programs.
Develop, lead and coordinate OEM special projects within assigned territory.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
Log daily dealership activity, program feedback, and key contacts for scheduling and tracking purposes.
Follow-up/auditing to insure proper dealership activity is accurate and complete throughout region.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Multi unit experience is required
Automotive experience preferred
Prior experience in a sales driven environment, driving customers from leads to closing sales
Excellent presentation and training skills
Bachelors’ degree preferred
Proven track record for diligence in a remote position
Familiarity with the geography of the market to be covered
Field marketing and enterprise sales experience; preferably automotive industry related, with proven track record of success
Excellent written and interpersonal skills
Projects self-confident, professional image
Positive attitude with ability to lead and motivate others
Strong communication skills, ability to motivate and direct others to meet targeted goals.
Experience in the areas of product presence, training, sales incentives
Ability and willingness to travel within assigned district up to 4 days a week. This position is 75% travel within an assigned multi-state Region.
Pay range: dependent upon experience ($50-$55k). Opportunity to earn production bonus. Car allowance $350 per month, cell phone allowance $75 per month, Travel expense account reimbursement per month. Regular gasoline and general office expenses reimbursed.
